As was repeatedly recommended, we drove about an hour or so north of Banff to Lake Louise.
We started up a trail and before we knew it, we were huffing and puffing up the mountain.
After a couple hours of hiking, we stopped for lunch at Mirror Lake. To the left is the Little Beehive, we were told. We could hear the waterfall from Lake Agnes above us, but the last stretch would prove to be a tough one.
After a spot of French pressed coffee and a huge cookie at the tea house, we snapped this photo and began our descent.

And finally.. if you're on your honeymoon, tell the car rental (and anybody..) about your circumstances. We were upgraded from a basic mid-size to this monster-sized joycar.
