The Eiffel Tower at Paris, Las Vegas
Fremont street, Sinatra's Vegas, is downtown and away from the strip. In an attempt to revitalize this area, they covered over a couple of blocks and now display fairly amazing audio/video shows on the ceiling screen. Overstimulation? Yes. Mesmerizing? Also yes.
The famous Vegas Vic. You might notice that they've added a friend for him.. "Howdy, Podner!" Unfortunately, he neither speaks nor moves his arm anymore.
Binion's Horseshoe is the home of the World Series of Poker. Here is a poker tournament. I was told shortly after taking this photo that photography was not allowed. :)
The famous Golden Nugget, now a Steve Wynn project
The outside of Binion's Horseshoe. Those sparkles are actually all little H's.
Where the old meets the new. The corner of Las Vegas Blvd. (the Strip and the New Las Vegas) and Fremont Street (Old Las Vegas). 7-11 looks on in a uniquely Las Vegas way.
Ah, home sweet castle, with massive jumbo-tron screens showing movie previews. It's just like Mom's!
