Quite wise, Brian. Visit Kathleen, and take no photos of her. Always suave. Anyway, here are the pictures I did take of the day we spent in DC on March 11th, 2003. After Kathleen helped me realize that maybe the camera needed new batteries, we were on our way.

First, a couple of shots, trying to get the Capital building just right.. One portrait and one landscape.

This is from the bell tower of the Old Post Office, where the Bells of Congress are. This shot looks up Constitution Avenue to the Capital building.

On the campus of George Washington University, one of the schools Kathleen in considering. We walked around to see the campus a little, and this building sort of struck me. So, there ya go.
