On Sunday, Todd and I took the El all the way down to 95th (the farthest south on the Red Line; see map..). That was about 120 blocks. Then we hopped a bus 24 block west. Followed by a trek by foot of almost 20 blocks down to 112th to St. Cajetan's for mass. And we were there by 9am. Well, a little bit late, but we heard the end of the opening song, which was perhaps the third song of the mass. Them South Side Irish like their songs. :) Then on to the parade.
A float was parked right in front of us.
